Job Summary
New role to join our existing team. We are a well established practice with 7,500 patients in a high deprivation area in North Manchester. This provides job satisfaction lots of positive feedback from patients

Main Duties
Diagnosing and treatment, a wide variety of illness and coordinating ongoing medical care. Prescriptions, referrals, interpreting clinical test and referring patients to appropriate service. Providing patients with health education and long term care. Conducting patient consultations (in person, telephone and home visits to assess diagnose and treat both acute and long term conditions

We are a very friendly well run practice with limited staff turnover. You will have the option to join the NHS pension scheme, 6 weeks paid leave and 1 week study leave over a 12 month period.
