Job Overview:
The resource will assist FCI in constructing and refining user stories based on end‑user requirements and support Agile delivery across IAM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Construct and refine user stories based on end‑user requirements
Assist Scrum Masters with user story refinement and estimation using JIRA
Support business and technical stakeholders in transitioning to new IAM capabilities across Access Management, Identity Lifecycle Management, and Privileged Access Management
Ensure IAM governance structures comply with defined policies and standards
Ensure IAM core capabilities, operations, business usage, and application integrations adhere to governance frameworks
