Safety Training Coordinator
The Safety Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and tracking safety training programs for plant employees. This position serves as a key resource for environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives by ensuring employees receive required safety training, understand company policies and procedures, and maintain compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The role requires a strong safety background, excellent communication skills, and proven training and facilitation experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM. Must be flexible to rotate for B shift coverage and work overtime as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver safety orientation training for new hires, temporary employees, contractors, and transferred employees.
* Develop, schedule, and conduct classroom, hands-on, and on-the-job safety training programs.
