SAFETY & SECURITY OFFICER

Reporting directly to the Facilities, Safety & Security Director, the Safety & Security Officer is responsible for executing, monitoring, and field‑auditing the campus safety and security frameworks at IFS. The successful candidate ensures total compliance with local regulatory standards while fostering a proactive culture of safety across the school community.

1. Regulatory Compliance & Policy Management

• Monitor local regulatory changes and continuously update IFS safety and security policies to ensure full alignment with Singapore laws and standards.

• Manage and maintain the school’s bizSAFE certification, including the systematic setup, review, and updating of Risk Assessments (RA).

• Ensure all on‑site service providers, contractors, and external vendors strictly adhere to IFS internal Risk Assessments during maintenance work and project execution.
