What Youll Drive

• Maintain a continuous on site presence to monitor safe execution of daily O&M activities. 
• Support the Permit to Work (PTW) process for maintenance and high risk activities ensuring validity completeness and compliance. 
• Verify isolation points lockout devices and energy control measures in accordance with LOTO procedures.
• Confirm that hot work confined space electrical chemical working at height and excavation permits meet required safety standards.
• Identify unsafe acts unsafe conditions and operational deviations; ensure timely correction and follow up.
• Deliver toolbox talks pre task briefings and awareness sessions tailored to O&M specific hazards.
• Provide bilingual OHS training to enhance worker understanding and participation. 
• Assist with incident and near miss reporting ensuring accurate field data collection.
