Overview
We are seeking an experienced Safety Officer with a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience to join our supervision consultancy team for major infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience on Dubai Municipality (DM) and/or Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects and a strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with DM, RTA, and UAE health and safety regulations.
- Review contractor method statements, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
