Safety Officer

BRC Arabia is looking for a proactive and safety‑driven Safety Officer to support and strengthen workplace health, safety and environmental standards across our industrial operations in Dubai. The role profile is aligned to an industrial safety function focused on regulatory compliance, inspections, risk control, emergency preparedness, training and safe execution of site and factory activities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements across the workplace and promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.
• Conduct routine site and factory safety inspections, identify hazards and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and review risk assessments, safety observations and control measures for operational activities.
