Safety Officer – Key Responsibilities (Construction / Mivan Projects)

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and client safety requirements across all construction activities.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections for Mivan formwork, RCC, scaffolding, work at height, lifting operations, and finishing works, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments (JSA/RA), and enforce the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and implement preventive and corrective measures to achieve zero accidents.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and consultants to promote a strong safety culture and maintain complete HSE documentation and audit compliance.
