Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the HSE strategy across renewable projects (solar, BESS, wind).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 / 14001).
- Oversee HSE performance during project development and construction phases.
- Manage and audit EPC contractors and subcontractors on safety matters.
- Conduct risk assessments (HAZID, JSA) and define mitigation actions.
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective/preventive actions.
- Perform regular site inspections and HSE audits.
- Deliver safety training and promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor and report HSE KPIs to management and investors.
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
- Degree in Engineering, HSE, or related field.
- 8+ years of HSE experience in energy, renewables, or infrastructure projects.
