O’Two Hotels is looking for a hands‑on Safety and Security Supervisor to support the daily safety and security operation across Terra by O’Two and Mar by O’Two. The role requires a visible, alert and professional leader who can guide the team on shift, respond quickly to incidents and protect the calm confidence of the guest journey.

Key Responsibilities Supervise security officers on shift and ensure all posts, patrols and handovers are completed correctly. Monitor guest areas, BOH areas, parking levels, entrances, exits and sensitive operational points. Assist with CCTV monitoring, access control, key control, contractor sign‑in and visitor procedures. Prepare accurate shift reports, incident reports and handover notes. Respond to guest concerns, team incidents, alarms, medical situations and emergency procedures.
