My client is currently looking for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a leading Tier 2 business that has a great name within the commercial construction industry in Sydney. They are looking for someone to work on large CBD projects.
The business operate in a variety of sectors including commercial, hotels and residential.
As a Safety Advisor you will drive and facilitate the site management of Health, Safety & Environmental activities including but not limited to:
- Providing specialist safety guidance to project leaders & site supervisors/workers.
- Positively advocate facilitation of HE&E duties through mentoring and coaching
- Assess data via lag indicators (audits & incidents) to map trends and help influence the projects safety approach.
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives and new technologies to improve culture and company performance (HammerTech)
