Provide active, on‑site safety leadership and support to project management, supervision, and tradesDeliver comprehensive safety orientations and coordinate mandatory site trainingConduct daily site inspections to proactively identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and at‑risk behavioursSupport and review Hazard Assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) with supervisors and crewsComplete scheduled Health & Safety audits and track corrective actions to completionInvestigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; complete timely, thorough, and accurate reportsOrganize and facilitate toolbox talks and safety meetings that are relevant and engaging for crewsParticipate in and support Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and initiativesMonitor compliance with provincial legislation, client requirements, and OSCO Construction Group safety standardsAct as a trusted safety resource on...
