Safety Advisor (5 month contract)

Job Summary

The Safety Advisor supports the implementation and monitoring of Castle Rock Enterprises’ Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Program across sewer and water civil construction projects. The role conducts site inspections, assists with hazard assessments, delivers orientations and training, and helps ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Working closely with the Safety Manager, Superintendents, and field crews, the Safety Advisor identifies risks, coaches workers toward safe practices, and fosters a strong, collaborative safety culture. This is a contract position ending in November 2026.
