SADC Regional Programme Manager - Social Impact Programmes Salary: R800K Contract type: 2-year contract, Onsite (Sandton) Minimum Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Management , Public Administration, Education, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Project Management- Postgraduate highly advantageous At least 7--10 years' experience in education, youth development, community development, or large-scale social impact programmes, Southern African experience is essential. (Namibia, Zim, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana,  Lesotho) Project Management certification is desirable. Minimum 5 years' experience leading and managing multidisciplinary teams.
