SaaS Support Specialist — Bilingual

Global Payments in Dubai seeks a Support Specialist to assist our SaaS clients with technical problems and ensure a great customer experience.

You will diagnose and resolve issues, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and work with Customer Success, Product Development and Sales to improve processes. A BS degree in IT or CS and 1–3 years of SaaS support experience, with English and Spanish communication skills, are preferred.
