SaaS Product Support Specialist (L1)

Wati is seeking a Product Support Associate - L1 Support in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role involves providing excellent technical support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. A successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in similar roles, technical skills related to CRM, and strong communication abilities.

You will troubleshoot issues, document interactions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
