SaaS Contracts Attorney - Remote & Flexible

MIE is hiring a commercial contracts attorney to draft, review and negotiate a broad range of SaaS and enterprise software agreements. You will advise on contract terms, risk allocation, and compliance, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to close deals.

Requirements include a JD, US licensure, 2–5 years in commercial contract practice, and strong drafting/negotiation skills. A remote-friendly role with a flexible schedule is offered.
