Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and retain a top performing sales team
- Lead and coach a team of sales representatives to exceed quotas
- Run weekly 1-on-1s to help direct reports overcome roadblocks and chart career growth
- Monitor team KPIs and identify actions for monthly improvement
- Analyze performance data to suggest scalable improvements to sales processes and training
