RV Ceramic Coating Applier

THE ROLE: Blue Compass RV is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated RV Ceramic Coating Applicator to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for professionally preparing, polishing, and applying ceramic coating protection to RV exteriors while ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances the appearance and longevity of each unit.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where quality and customer satisfaction matter.
Experience in automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, or surface protection is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.

COMPENSATION: $16-$20/hourly
