Russian-Speaking Guest Service Agent – Luxury Front Desk

Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering warm, personalized service and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality qualification, at least 5 years in luxury front office, is fluent in English and Russian, and has experience with Opera PMS or EMMA. Knowledge of the GCC market is a plus.
