**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Accounting COE Lead to join our Record to Report (RTR) team in ADM’s North America HQ capability center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a globally matrixed team of local and 3rd party professionals performing Inventory Accounting activities for assigned segments within the ADM organization (approx. 400 BU’s and growing), including monthly closing activities, ongoing monitoring, and Balance Sheet reconciliations. This role ensures consistent execution, compliance and continuous improvement across all regions and business segments.
