RTR Assembly Manager (ME Process)

Lead the Mid-End Process Engineering team to ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes. Drive process excellence, yield improvement, defect reduction, and operational efficiency while supporting production, quality, and business objectives.

What You Need to Do

Lead and develop a team of Process Engineers and technical specialists within Mid-End manufacturing. Drive process stability, capability, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational targets. Monitor and improve key KPIs including yield, quality, productivity, scrap, and cycle time. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues. Support new product introduction (NPI), process qualifications, and technology transfer activities.
