RTR Accountant/ Team Lead

• This position is responsible for providing leadership and subject matter expertise in all the general accounting process flows and procedures in line with corporate requirement to provide data support for management decision and the required accounting standard.
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls while delivering activities against agreed service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all the financial accounting activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and standards in a timely and accurate manner.
• Actively participate in internal and external audits and verify the accuracy of information.
• Provide technical expertise in Record to Report process, effectively resolving escalations and complex queries.
• Review Financial Accounting reports, reconciliation, variance analysis, etc.
