RRT in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored oxygenation and ventilation to neonates
• Conduct thorough monitoring of blood gases and saturation
• Initiate airway care, including intubation procedures
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation efforts
