Must Haves

• Understanding of PHIPA principles: consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of PHI
• General understanding of the roles of health information custodians and agents under PHIPA
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in conducting requirements gathering, developing documentation, including presentations and briefing notes, and conducting stakeholder engagement
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, with excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Public sector experience (Highly preferred)
