Role Overview
The RPO Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for newly hired employees within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. This role supports pre-employment requirements, coordinates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with onboarding processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance to Day 1 readiness
- Coordinate background checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding documentation
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during the onboarding stage
- Partner with recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Ensure completion and accuracy of onboarding records in HR systems
- Track onboarding progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
