RPA Admin - Work Fusion and UiPath

Job Description: Work Fusion and UiPath Admin Support* Toronto, ON Hybrid (2 days per week in-person at Toronto office preferred) Skills: Digital : Robotic Process Automation - UiPath~Digital : Robotic Process Automation - Workfusion~EIS : Production Engineering Experience Required: 6-8 Work Fusion & UiPath Administrator: Provide administration, maintenance, and operational support for Work Fusion and UiPath RPA platforms. Manage platform configuration, user access, bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization across automation environments. Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable production operations. Provide 24x7 production support on an as-needed basis, including participation in on-call rotations and critical incident management. Experience with Work Fusion and UiPath administration, upgrade management, and production support is required.
