Rotating Technician

Rotating Technician Responsibilities Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors. Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all rotating machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical faults in rotating systems, including bearings, shafts, couplings, and seals. Perform vibration analysis, shaft alignment, and balancing to ensure equipment efficiency. Overhaul and rebuild pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, and motors as required. Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and reports of all rotating machinery activities. Follow HSE guidelines, permit-to-work procedures, and safety protocols while working on equipment. Assist operations and project teams during shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs. Ensure spare parts and lubrication are managed correctly for optimal machine performance.
