Rotary Assembly Production Worker (2nd Shift)

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Accomplish specific goals within the Value Stream to address Delivery, Cost of Operations, Safety, Training, and Quality.
+ Maintain a safe work environment in accord with company policies.
+ Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance.
+ Continuously improve Value Stream performance by implementing lean initiatives such as waste elimination, kanbans, pull production, continuous flow, 6-S and TPM.
+ Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
+ Troubleshoot problems in the product and resolve product and manufacturing process problems as needed, utilizing resources (Engineering, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Marketing, etc.) as necessary.
+ Crosstrain on other jobs to prevent lapses in production flow. This includes assembly, deburring, stockroom, trucking, inspection, etc.
