Within our 600-person manufacturing facility in Roswell - Leprino is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead plant-based quality execution across daily operations. This role partners with plant leaders and employees to reinforce food safety practices, coach quality standards on the floor, and resolve execution gaps so products are made safely, accurately, and consistently.
What Youll Do:
+ Build and guide daily Quality Execution activities that keep food safety and product quality consistent across every shift.
+ Plan and coordinate staffing to support production needs while improving labor and workflow efficiency.
+ Coach and mentor Quality team members through hands-on training in food safety, GMPs, SQF, CCPs, sanitation, and personal safety.
+ Review quality data, investigate nonconformances, and write clear root cause and corrective action plans that prevent repeat issues.
