Overview

On-site – This position requires the employee to work on-site on a full-time basis. Location: Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and strategic financial support to manufacturing business partners and Finance functional leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (Manufacturing, HR, and other functions), and anticipate business needs in a proactive manner.
• Help business partners understand the broader business context and how initiatives and projects align with operational strategy and enterprise goals.
• Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the Rosario Plant in relation to long-term operational objectives, budgets, and forecasts.
• Support the development of annual financial objectives aligned with the business partner’s growth and expansion plans.
