Opportunity: This is an exciting opportunity to join one of New Zealand’s largest hotels as Rooms Division Manager. Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance – leading the departments that shape every guest’s stay from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Provide visible leadership across the hotel, working operational shifts and acting as Manager on Duty as required, particularly during peak arrival and departure periods.
• Champion VIP, group and key guest arrivals and departures, and take ownership of guest complaints and service recovery.
