What We’re Hiring

We currently need Appointment Setters, In‑Home Closers, and support talent in operations and field roles (Project Coordination, Permitting, Site Surveying, Installation, Electrical, Storage). All positions follow the same performance‑based structure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Setters (Level 1 – Entry) – Generate qualified appointments from outbound leads, meet volume targets, and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Closers or Setter Managers (Level 2) – Convert qualified opportunities into installed solar or roofing systems, or run a pod of high‑output Setters.
