Job Summary
Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 12 people. Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures. Lead and train crew with field applications, work with field supervisors and communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork and mobile time app. Able to work with a team and install a quality Centi Mark roof with hours provided in a safe and orderly manner.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 or more years experience in general roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Valid and current Driver''s License
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and BUR systems
- Experience with Leak Investigations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Ability to learn and follow ministry and company safety policies
