**Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman – Commercial Roofing and Exteriors**
**Job Description**
This role leads a team of skilled craft personnel in the fabrication, installation, and repair of sheet metal products, roofing systems, and exterior structures on commercial and industrial construction projects. The position focuses on coordinating day-to-day field operations, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, on time, and in compliance with specifications for new construction, renovations, remodels, and repairs.

**Responsibilities**

+ Plan, organize, and schedule daily and weekly work activities for sheet metal and roofing crews on commercial and industrial projects.
+ Supervise and coordinate the work of skilled roofers, sheet metal workers, and trades helpers engaged in covering roofs, installing sheet metal systems, and performing related exterior work.
