Wates Property Services (WPS) are seeking a skilled and motivated Roofer to join our Responsive Maintenance Team in Lambeth. Based in Brixton, you will help deliver high-quality reactive repairs to our social housing residents.

Roofer – Responsive Maintenance (WPS, Lambeth) – Based in Brixton. Full UK Driving Licence Required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out a range of roofing repair and renewal works to homes across Lambeth
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the scheduler, residents, and your line manager
- Work safely and comply with all Health & Safety and safeguarding standards
- Stay updated with the latest technical and legal requirements in your trade
- Work collaboratively with other operatives to complete multi-trade repairs
- Accurately complete digital job sheets and material logs via a PDA device
