High school diploma or GED equivalent.In addition to #1, must have six (6) years of track maintenance and instruction experience.Must have three (3) years of direct supervisory experience that may include day-to-day management, assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, monitoring performance, conflict management, budgeting, hiring, and discipline.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.Considerable knowledge of FRA track and maintenance of way standards and policies.Considerable knowledge of (FRA) Track Safety Standards.Considerable knowledge of the materials, equipment, and cost involved in track maintenance work.Good supervisory skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Good organizational skills.Ability to prepare management reports.Ability to conduct track inspections.Ability to train staff ...
