Roadmarking Operations Supervisor

Orange scheme: Roadmarking Operations Supervisor – Auckland and Whangarei regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, monitor, direct and control road marking works, including new installations and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, materials, supplies and equipment.
• On‑site management and supervision of crews, including training and development of crew members.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and all targets (safety, quality, productivity and profit) are met.
• Lead and champion health and safety objectives.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience within the maintenance or construction industry.
• Previous experience with Roadmarking maintenance contracts (ideal).
• Proven track record of supervising/leading teams within or across contracts.
• Strong ability to build, maintain and nurture long‑term client relationships.
