Customer Experience & Service Quality
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between drivers, internal teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure smooth, professional communication.
KPI Delivery: Monitor KPIs to ensure service levels meet or exceed contractual agreements.
SOP Governance: Author, review, and update working instructions and customer SOPs
