Road Customer Service Operations Associate

Responsible to handle accounts as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

• Manage accounts operationally according to customer service QMS procedures, depending on shipment mode, and be commercially responsible for development and retention of the account.
• Develop strong relationships with customers based on trust, honesty and mutual respect.
• Ensure all customer requirements are followed with high diligence; meet any applicable KPIs in close coordination with all stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer data, tariffs and SOPs, updating them as necessary.
• Provide innovative and workable solutions to issues that arise.
• Hold regular monthly or quarterly meetings with customers and follow up closely on action points.
• Contribute to departmental goals and achieve individual KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally in accordance with local legislation and all company policies and procedures. ...
