JOBSUMMARY:
TheCharge Nurse will be responsible for planning, organizing and carrying outnursing care of our residents. Responsibilities include orientating,instructing and supervising our CNAs, CMAs and resident care specialists. TheCharge Nurse complies with established policies and procedures and performsprofessional nursing duties within scope of licensure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gives andreceives report. Updates assignment sheets for CNAs, CMAs and resident carespecialists
• Carries out orassigns nursing duties to other personnel
• Contacts physiciansas needed for change in condition of resident
• Informs residentand families of new physician order(s)...
