The G100 the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Unit focuses on the treatment of complex patients suffering from GI Bleeds, Pancreatitis, Liver Failure, Multi-Organ Failure, Pre-Transplant, Crohn's Disease, and Gastroparesis. The dedicated caregivers on this unit provide the highest quality, safest care to adult patients. We adhere to a strict patient-to-staff ration never exceeding 6 patients per caregiver. G100 has a positive, team-oriented and supportive culture with daily 7am huddles for both the night shift and day shift to start/end their shift with an optimistic mindset. Experienced caregivers on G100 are eager to educate newer nurses. A caregiver in G100 can expect to gain a strong medical foundation with true medical/surgical nursing. ...
