Vacancy Description
The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse is responsible for assisting patients in attaining and maintaining Amergisum function due to chronic illness and/or a debilitating injury. The Rehabilitation Registered Nurse assists patients in the recovery process, as well as creating a recovery plan with the ultimate goal of achieving an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Assesses the physical, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions of clients and their families, as well as their educational and discharge needs in order to formulate nursing diagnoses
+ Implements a plan of care by providing nursing care and education directly or through ancillary personnel
+ Coordinates educational activities
