Job Duties

The Vascular Access nurse assesses patients for appropriate vascular access intervention working in conjunction with the rest of the care team members to meet the needs of the patient. Promotes and delivers safe, quality care and maximizes patient satisfaction. Exhibits compassionate care during patient-nurse interactions.
