**Harborview Medical Center (HMC)'s Pediatrics Clinic has an outstanding opportunity as an RN Care Manager.**

**SCHEDULE**

+ 100% FTE, 40 hours per week
+ Day shift

**DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION**
**Harborview’s Pediatrics Clinic** provides primary care for infants, children and teens. The clinic utilizes a multidisciplinary staff that is highly collaborative and supportive, working together to achieve the best patient outcomes possible.

Clinical services provided include: general pediatric care (well-child care and sick care)/Care Coordination; hearing and vision screening; immunizations for children from birth through age 21; health education and disease prevention; confidential teen services; injury prevention information; same-day appointments for sick children; developmental evaluations; books for children through the Reach out and Read (ROR) program; safety supplies (bicycle helmets) through Injury Free Coalition ...
