**Position Description:** **RN - Registered Nurse Department Pool / PRN - Observation Close**
**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking a Pool/PRN **Registered Nurse** to join our outstanding and compassionate **Observation Close** team at **St. Joseph’s Hospital** . As part of the community since 1934, St. Joseph’s Hospital has been a partner for continued health and wellness. The Observation Close unit is a nice mix of med/surg and behavioral health and is a medical unit for Behavioral Health patients, patients at a high risk for fall, confused patients, and Baker Act patients.
**The RN responsibilities include:**
+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
