Vacancy Description
The Program Manager – Nursing for the OB/GYN Menopause Center is responsible for the operational, clinical, and strategic management of menopause and midlife women’s health services within the organization. This role provides leadership to nursing and interdisciplinary staff while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals experiencing perimenopause, menopause, and related health conditions.
+ The program manager will help connect patients with providers and resources they may need
+ Provide a comprehensive assessment of patients’ concerns/needs related to menopause at pivot medical visits across the continuum, including barriers to care, fears and lack of understanding
+ Facilitate timely coordination of appointments, tests and procedures and communicate any concerns to the appropriate providers.
