Flexible hours and a variety of responsibilities and spontaneity.
Job Responsibilities::
Perform initial Client/Family Interview and assess Client to develop the Plan of Care (POC).
Set service expectations with Client/Family.
Perform in-home RN visits every 90 days to evaluate the scope and quality of care given to client.
