Position Summary
The Nurse Manager of Surgical Services partners with the Perioperative Director to drive excellence in patient care, operational performance, and quality outcomes within the perioperative department.
This leadership role is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating daily operations of the outpatient perioperative services department, including pre-admission testing. The Nurse Manager ensures high-quality, safe, and efficient care delivery on a -hour basis.
