Job Purpose: Responsible for managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within the department. Works collaboratively with physicians, clinical departments, nursing, management, and other stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, department productivity, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction.
